Tues Jan 5th

I spent the morning unpacking the kids suitcases. The kids spent the morning playing around together.
They climbed the closet together. And climbed up on Ellas top bunk bed over and over again.
Link tried on the Elsa hat and draped the braid over the side just so. He loves wearing the girls hats and headbands.  He also loves makeup brushes haha. He definitely has two older sisters!

Lisey had preschool and I held Link while he took a nap. I think I may have even dozed off for a few minutes. I'm so tired! I caught a cold and it's just not dying! Plus getting back into the rhythm of real life is so hard!! It was so great having help while we were in Cali. I could leave the kids with someone and go running or surfing or paintballing. I felt like a real human again. An individual with hopes, dreams and the ability to do anything. I know motherhood is an ultra important calling and I wouldn't trade it, but that doesn't make it easy or enjoyable all the time. I guess life is just hard but that's how it's supposed to be. It's my job to be happy in the hardness.

After school I helped Steve clean out the rest of their stuff from the basement. Then we all went down to their new place in Provo to unload both the vans. The kids had fun playing with Will and Link loved playing on their stairs. We had pizza and root beer after the work was done. I'm glad we could do a bit of service for them.
