We went to the provo city Temple open house right after school today. Ella did all her homework this morning so I told her we could go straight from school.
The temple was gorgeous. They pay so much attention to detail in these sacred buildings. Ella said she felt the spirit. Inside the temple both Lisey and Ella where reverent. Outside the temple not so much. They were running around on the grass like crazy girls. I guess the blessing of the day was that they really were very reverent inside the temple. I guess you can only ask so much and I'd much rather have the reference inside the temple anyways.
Then we went over to Sian and Steve's to hang out for a little bit. I figured while we are down in Provo we may as well get some visiting in. We had pizza and a very nice time. We got home a little bit late. Link fell asleep on the way but went right into his bed, so no harm done. It was a great day.
