Ella sold lemonade, cookies and candy. She is an excellent sales girl. As people passed, she'd call out "cookies, chocolate, lemonade, marshmallow mateys (her name for the rice crispy treats)." Many people probably bought from her only because she was so cute and so dedicated haha. Her daddy would be so proud of his little girl's sales skills :) Her skills paid off... she made $46.50! And that was after I took $5 out for materials.
She, of course has already spent almost every cent haha. She took out tithing and paid Lisey for helping me make the lemonade and cookies and then bought two toys that she'd been wanting forever (well about a week... which is forever to Ella).
Then we went to the primary worker party. It started hailing and raining at one point and we all had to huddle under the canopy at stay dry. All the kids thought it was the coolest thing ever.
After the rain stopped Lisey walks over to one of the puddles and sits right down in the middle of it. It was very classic Lisey of her. Some of the other kids followed suit. I enjoyed talking to Caroline Sagers and some other friends. It was a very nice time. Nick gets back tonight. Hooray!
