Another great day of general conference. In between sessions Nick watched the kids and I took a relaxing bath. What a sweetie :) After both sessions Nick and I took the kids and Will to the park. We played ghost again bc that's Lisey's all time favorite game. Nick was declared "scare king". 

Poor Lisey has a dreadful sickness. It's the head, foot and mouth virus. Her hands and feet seem ok so far but her mouth is not. She has all these little sores in her mouth, on her gums and tongue. The poor girl is having a tough time eating because it hurts so bad in her mouth. There's been several times today that she's wanted something to eat but then took a bite and started crying. What a terrible illness! I really really hope Link doesn't get it! Will started the sickness and now Steve has it. Ella has a sore on the outside of her mouth but I don't think she has it... yet. Oh Heavenly Father please protect us from sickness and bless Lisey to be able to endure it well. I hate when the kids are sick! I feel so terrible for them! 

Conference has made me want to be a better person. One change I want to try for is your ponderize. Every week I'll choose a different scripture to memorize and ponder everyday in spare moments. I can post it up on the fridge so I can look and think about it often. I also need to get back to reading the scriptures with the kids everyday. Come on brooke! Be better! Do better!
