Mon Sept 14th

Went for a run this morning. Then attempted to clean and put away our stuff from the trip. I didn't have much luck because Link only took a 45 minute nap. I gave up and took Lisey to a Halloween store instead. Lisey loves loves loves Halloween. She's obsessed with all the spooky decorations. She cried and cried when we had to keep moving away from someone's house that has Halloween decor up, today on our walk. So I decided as a special treat for Lisey we'd get some of our own Halloween decor. 

Cool masks we found at the Halloween store. We got some skulls like, 3 big spiders, a spooky goul, some jack o lanterns, a skeleton bird and spider's web. Lisey was thrilled :)

Link loved diving in his spaghetti tonight. Messy but very very happy. 

Lisey has been having a lot of potty accidents lately. After the one this evening I told Lisey that she needed to start going potty in the toilet. Then out of the blue she says very matter of factly "Jesus goes potty in the toilet". She had mentioned something else about Jesus a few times before, almost like He's her pal she hangs out with. Hopefully it's not being disrespectful to let her talk like that, but it's so cute to hear her talk about Jesus like He's her friend.
