Lisey loved seeing the new baby. She loves loves loves babies.
I think Bri was happy to have visitors. I remember having the first baby and feeling very lonely. I remember one time the family was visiting and Nick had gone back to work. Then the family all went out somewhere and I was left alone with baby Ella for the first time and I freaked. I called Nick and I couldn't stop crying. I had a serious nervous breakdown. Nick was so worried about me he left work early and came home. First kids are a tough adjustment.
As we were leaving Ella picked up her dress so it wouldn't drag as she walked down the stairs. Then there was Lisey right behind her lifting the sides of her shirt. We told Ella that it's a good thing she's such a great girl because Lisey follows her every move.
Then Nick and I went down to the beach house where Dish One was having a get together thing. Nick had some meetings he had to do and a presentation he had to be a part of. We went to the beach for a little bit then to the beach house to help make dinner. It was fun chatting and having a little break from the responsibilities of being a mom.
