Lincoln and I went to Ella's award ceremony this morning. Ella got the principles award for never ever giving up (that one was a big deal-- not very many kids got it. She got a cool trailblazers sign to put in the yard...too bad we're moving :( ). She also got the library award, the speeding to read award, and Trailblazers award. Way to go Ella! In the afternoon she had her class party and the kids and I came to play with her outside for a bit and eat ice cream sandwiches.
After school we went to the pool and Ella got to swim with her friend Jayden for a final time. Then after the pool we went to Ayden and Myles' end of school party.
There were wet and wild inflatables and free hot dogs, snow cones, popcorn, chips and drinks. A very fun and free way to spend the second to last day of school.
