OK I need an attitude check; we went to the pool at our new apartment complex in Springfield. My first thoughts were 'this place is ghetto. The pool is tiny, the people here look sketch wahhh wahhh wahhh'. Then Ella says "the pool is perfect! Not to big not too small. And look!
Friends to play with". Oh Ella thank you for your good attitude. I've had a bad attitude all day. I feel grouchy and annoyed that we had a leave TX and our friends and our nice pool to be all alone in the middle of the county. Nicks going to be gone a ton and I'm going to be all alone with the three kids. The pool was the final straw.
Then I heard my little girl--who also had to leave her friends and her home--look at the same pool and see something totally different... The perfect size, friends to play with. Not tiny, contaminated and ghetto. I guess it's all about how you look at it. Thank you Ella for the attitude adjustment.
