Sat July 11th

hThe family comes today! It's a good thing because I'm feeling very glum today. Maybe it's a residue from yesterday's glumness but either way I'm feeling sad. The horribly terrible raininess of Illinois is not helping one bit. We were going to go to the zoo for free zoo day but we couldn't get ourselves out of the house. By the time we were all ready to go it was time for Link to take his second nap. By the time he woke up it was raining and pouring. At least while Link was sleeping Nick and the girls got a daddy daughter date to scheel's for a ride on the Farris wheel. But I was super bummed about missing free zoo day. More then I should have been. It just feels like all my plans are going south lately. Oh well. The family is coming tonight whorah!
