Thurs July 9th

We went to the state museum again today. 

The kids had a blast exploring for fossils. 

And then jumping off the wall onto the grass. Little dare devil Lisey. 

Illinois state capital. I just thought it was cool to see the capital building right across the street from where we parked for the state museum. Of all downtowns in the world, Springfield's isn't too bad. 

We're just counting down the days until the family comes. They get here Saturday night late. We can't wait. Ella's Furby boom comes on Friday and she can't wait for that either. In fact she was so excited about the Furby boom she said she wanted to go to bed right away. 

Oh and I forgot to mention that we found a place to rent in Utah. It's a really cute three-bedroom house with an unfinished basement so the kids can run free in the winter. It all came together very quickly. Mom and dad went to see the house on Monday, they said it was really nice, we sent in an application knowing full well that there were several applications in ahead of ours. And then the guy texted saying that we got the place. Later when I talk to him he said that our credit was so good that it was an easy decision. That felt very good to hear. With all our many many financial mistakes at least we haven't ruined our credit. Thank you Heavenly Father for that.
