It's freezing today. I thought yesterday was cold and gloomy, but today makes yesterday seem like a perfect beach day. I never warmed up on my run. I was frozen to the bone the whole time, so much so that I couldn't even run the whole thing. Freezing! 

Ella didn't want to go to school this morning. I said I'd walk her in and come eat lunch with her. We were 10 mins late to lunch and I even left Lincoln with joan. I felt really bad. I remember when I was a kid and my mom was always late...and it made me feel just a little bit less important than other things to my mom. I don't want Ella to feel that way. I need to get on the ball and be on time for things. 

I noticed this on the wall at school...

She got it for being caring. Way to go Ella! She also got the top reading award in her class :) 

I'm doing laundry today. We leave tomo for San Diego. It came on fast. I can't believe it's time for the cruise already!

We went to gymnastics and had green beans and chicken noodle soup for dinner. Once Lincoln goes to bed I need to pack pack pack.
