We went to the Sedas' ward today for Jaron's blessing. It was a sweet and simple blessing. I'm really glad we were able to go.
One of talks really hit me. He talked about how we need to do what we know to be the right thing to do, even when we really don't want to. We need to get over the "I don't want to"s in life and just do what we know to be right. No matter what.
They had a combined meeting the third hour that talked about how people's needs this Christmas season are best met by us doing our visiting and home teaching. I feel very motivated to get on the ball and serve the women I visit teach. I was a slacker last month but no more! Heavenly Father uses visiting teachers to help show that he loves his children. I want to be a part of that.
A little after 6pm the kids and I took Nick to the airport. He'll be gone till Wednesday night late. I'm going to miss him like crazy.
