We woke up to more snow! I am so not ready for winter. The kids are though.

 Before school, the kids went out back and played away in the snow. I guess I needed a reminder of how magical snow is when your young. I've had a bad attitude about winter coming. I need to remember that there are good parts too, like playing in the snow.

After swim lessons we went to Costco. Poor lisey was so tired from swim lessons, she just wanted to ride around in the cart. Unfortunately, Link did not. Like I've said before, I am a one-handed wonder... But that doesn't change the fact that I was pooped by the end of that shopping trip.

Link took a minuscule nap, during which I got the groceries inside and put away and got the chicken started for chicken noodle soup. I was hoping for a shower before he woke up, but no such luck. As it was, I still had to let him cry for 15 minutes so I could finish chopping carrots. Oh well, I usually shower with Link anyways. The steam is good for clearing out his sinuses. Ever since fall hit, Lisey, Link and I have had perpetual runny noses.  

Link is so cute. I couldn't help but take a picture of him. Yes he is naked and yes he is playing with my bra. Oh motherhood...nothing is your own. Good thing these kidos are so darn cute.

It's my last day of being 28. Wow I'm getting old. Next year I'll be 30. That feels old. I know it's not in the scheme of life, but it definitely feels very very old. I'm sure when I'm 60, I'll look back to when I was 30 and think how very young I was. As for now 30 sounds old. But I'm not 30 yet. One more day plus a year of the 20's. I better enjoy my youth while it lasts. Yes I am being silly. I guess it is because I am still so young ;).
